How To Improve Pathways?

Image
You need more links. Several times I have read that to complete a project I need to do something prior to giving the speech. For example, to ask my committee for a 360 degree evaluation. It took ages to find out what this meant. Then where it was.  Then to get more than one person, speaking basic English, to understand what a 360 degree evaluation was, and to fill it out.  We need all documents translated into multiple languages. The bilingual clubs should do this and earn credits for translation. Scriptwriting, editing, and translation should be added projects. You get little recognition for attending a meeting, doing a table topic, being an evaluator, or being a judge. Add some records each person's history, and you would fill the appointments quicker and make meetings flow along. Backups for every role, with credit for volunteering, would also enable changes to programs to be made quickly. Next BHA meeting Language Wednesday March 2nd 2022 Login 6.45 for 7 pm start.

Thomas Chen is a consistent, regular winner of ribbons for evaluation at club meetings in Singapore.  Evaluation training by Thomas Chen included telling us how to list our points. Then how to keep to time. What to when we see the green and yellow lights.
