Skype is handy for one to one calls. Less complicated. 

Zoom

Zoom is good for huge conferences, with holding rooms for people whose identity you wish to check.

Learncool
learncool, started by somebody in Toastmasters International, has the developers on hand to help you out so it suits me. You can create an agenda within the website and store your videos of meetings on a wall, a bit like Facebook. 

Google Hangouts

Google hangouts is what I need to learn next because other people know it and it sounds friendly to novices who already know google and gmail.
