How to find evaluation forms
If you were a member of your club's committee in 2019-2020 you were entitled to a copy of the District 80 directory. This book has two useful sets of information. The second half has the committee members of each district (district 80 is Singapore), grouped.
PATHWAYS PROJECT list
The front of the book has the list of pathways projects, grouped by the Pathways. I use this to record the paths I have completed. I list the numbers of the evaluation forms.
Resources
You can go into the Toastmasters International website, log in, and click on the Resources section. The evaluation forms are in alphabetic order. You also need to know the name of the project. If your project is early in the alphabet it is quicker to locate. If you have the time and patience, you could just open them all one by one until you find it.
You might want to up load onto your printer into a file which you name Toastmasters Evaluations. Or you might want to print off all the evaluation form for your Pathway. I print two copies. One is pristine and to send to the evaluator.
Ask the evaluator to send you the completed form. If they give the spoken evaluation and then delete it, you have no record. This is a disadvantage for two reasons.
1 the record is proof to your VPE that you did the speech. It enables you to be sure which speech you did previously. You can look back at that evaluation or several and see what you need to work on to improve.
