How to Log in onto the agenda in Toastmost



Toastmost has adapted a Wordpress site for toastmasters. 

"Toastmost.org club websites are free for six months, which should be enough time to figure out if the software makes sense for your club. If you are achieving your goals with your club website and decide to keep it, an annual subscription is $50 USD for the basic membership."

If you pay an extra subscription, they will spend time adapting the basic site to add features you want.


The agenda is usually for members only

Login to Toastmost (under your club name)

Click on calendar

Choose the date

Singapore Online meets every Friday evening, including Xmas Day. 9 pm until 11.30 pm.

Why so late? Why not 7 pm like other clubs?

because

1 THE USA

The club is attended by members and visitors from around the world. Including Australia which is 3 hours later. The USA is just getting up. Any earlier would be too early for them. For the UK it is an ideal time if you are not working, 11 am in winter.

2 CONFLICTING EVENTS

Some members are working late, attending other Toastmasters meetings, or alternative social meetings earlier on a Friday evening. 

Others have a family meal and wish to log in afterwards.

Update

2021 - Singapore online has delayed the starting time to 9.30, except for occasional special events such as contests where participants arrive at 9 in order to test microphones and adjust the programme.
