Contest preparation - Advantages of briefing a day early


 Awarding ribbons or certificates makes the speech, evaluation or table topic into a contest.

Planning the Contest

It is really good to have the briefing a day early, so we can all update on timing and time zones. 

Time to review the speech. 

Less stress on the day when you cannot listen to the briefing because you are mentally rehearsing your speech.
