My PR plans
What I have done so far:
1 GOODWILL VISITS I visited other clubs to create goodwill so that when I ask for favours such as role holders at meetings people know me and BHA and feel obliged to help out. (Our previous treasurer said he became treasurer of BHA to help me because I had helped him by supporting his club at physical meetings. I recall going to their Xmas party, giving at least one speech, giving at least one evaluation, and giving an educational session.
2 FACEBOOK PHOTOS I make sure I am in a lot of other club's photos. I remind other clubs to take a photo for Facebook.
3 TABLE TOPICS VOLUNTEER - FOR FACEBOOK PHOTOS I speak in table topics. If I win, I write up what I said on Facebook and praise that club and try to find a reason to mention BHA. For example, BH2 is a sister club to BHA, meeting at the same venue the cc on a different Saturday. They meet on such and such a day, whilst we meet on the third Saturday afternoon at 2pm. I show the photo of my ribbon and/or the meeting. I do this immediately after the meeting - whilst I can remember what I said and whilst I have the names of their president in front of me. I mention and tag as many of them as possible to get them to read and like the post and share it.
4 I speak in table topics at BHA. If I win I write up my topics subject and what I said on Facebook. I end the Facebook text with a reminder to attend the next BHA meeting. I mention as many members as possible, to retain membership, and increase likes. I mention helpers from other clubs so they read it and are rewarded and reminded of our next meeting. The same goes for visitors.
5 I try to friend the Presidents and VPEs on Facebook and always wish them Happy Birthday.
6 In physical meetings and on Zoom I ask the President and Toastmaster of the Day (TMD) if I can mention BHA at the end of the meeting during announcements. If they are running over time there will not be time. On Zoom, I ask if I can put my contact details in the chat box instead. I remind people they can save the chat by clicking on the three dots.
7 I need a PR poster for the next BHA meeting. To show in the chat box. I ask the speaker to send me a photo.

Plans for the 2022-2023
PR Supporters Team
Have two PR supporters, eg one with knowledge such as President Mohamad Saddiq, and one who wants to learn, possibly take over next year. Then I could switch to a different role, such as Secretary or membership. (Not President i have done before - give a chance to somebody new. VPE is too demanding as I need to finish my novel/trilogy and books on English Language and How to Write, Edit and Market a book. I might also need to start a new club in the role of one of two sponsors to qualify for DTM.
Committee report and request at every meeting.
Remind the president and TMD that one of them should greet all visitors and ask who are their friends at the meeting why they chose this club, and what they hope to gain. They should sell Toastmasters International and state the unique qualities of our club, its past, present and future, and introduce the committee and members, stating their work, what they do for the club members and visitors, and describing their personalities.
Welcome new members, arrange welcome ceremony, birthday celebrations, season and day events (such as world chocolate day, language or national days, joyful occasions such as members wedding anniversaries, royal weddings). Send birthday greetings from the club.
The President or TMD or SAA should close the meeting by getting feedback from all visitors, thanking them for their contribution as speakers or listeners, telling them who to contact to join, saying they are welcome to stay on and chat after the meeting ends, and to attend committee meetings.
We should start using Instagram. Make a BHA page. Put up a photo of the past meeting and forthcoming meeting. Password BHA 2022.
We should make a Pinterest page. I suggest Password BHA 2022.
We should check our contact is updated on Toastmasters International to go to M Saddiq or the VPE.

We chat is the Chinese equivalent of Whatsapp.
Set up a BHA page. Have Mike Ma and KiKi do it together.
Tik tok! At every meeting we could make a video or record the first minute of the BHA Club President's speech with a quotation of the month and theme of the month, the date and time.
tik Tok is fast growing. You can get lots of views. A tik tok video needs little time, compared to a podcast.
Each of the above could be a level HPL 5 project for Angela with a team of 3-4.
This blog could be turned into a newsletter, repeating what is in Whatsapp.
Use a system which sends to all the media at once.
Consider paying for Meetup, which duplicates posts to other places (Facebook?)
